Orientation – Schedule Yours Today
Each family is asked to schedule a Parent Orientation with our program director. This time is for parents only. During this time, we will:
- Answer any questions you may have
- Review and finalize required documents
- Review your first-day checklist
- Review the Parent Handbook
- Confirm you have downloaded the Lineleader app
- Practice the sign-in/out process
- Practice using our secure door with your unique pin
- Drop off any supplies you have ready for us
- Let us know about any medications
Before Your Orientation
Parent Portal: LineLeader/Momentpath Email
You should have received an email from admin@momentpath.com inviting you to create an account for our Parent Portal system, LineLeader. Please complete your registration as soon as possible so we can stay connected and organized. You can also familiarize yourself with Online Payments.
Let Us Know Your Start Date
Send us an email at office@birminghambloomfieldmontessori.com with your anticipated start date. We want to ensure we are fully prepared to welcome your child on their first day.
Stay Informed with Our Newsletter
Visit birminghambloomfieldmontessori.com/blog for key information and regular updates. It is an unpublished page on our website for enrolled families and it’s where we’ll share our school newsletter each month. We recommend bookmarking it!
Required Paperwork
All paperwork must be complete and turned in before your first day. There are NO exceptions! We will review all of your paperwork at Orientation, but the list below shows required paperwork and additional paperwork required for some. Note that the Health Appraisal does need to be signed by your healthcare provider and that could take a few days:
- Application for Enrollment (if not already submitted)
- $125 Deposit (paid by check or Zelle: billingbbmont@gmail.com (if not already submitted)
- Tuition & Enrollment Agreement (if not already submitted)
- Toddler (all programs)
- Pre-Primary (ages 3-6+) June – August 2025
- Pre-Primary (ages 3-6) Academic Year (September 2025-June 2026)
- Health Appraisal & Immunization Records (parent and physician portions)
- Child Information Record (include all authorized pickup persons)
- Allergy Plan (only for children with diagnosed allergies)
- Medication Form (for prescription and non-prescription meds that will be administered at school, including sunscreen & insect repellant)
