We’re thrilled to welcome you to Birmingham Bloomfield Montessori! To officially secure your child’s spot and prepare for their first day, please follow the steps below.
First Day Prep & Resources
Step 1: Immediate Actions (To Hold Your Spot)
To finalize your enrollment, please complete these two items as soon as possible:
- Submit the Registration Fee: $150 via Zelle to billingbbmont@gmail.com or drop off a check.
- Sign the Enrollment Agreement: Together with the Registration fee, this holds your child’s spot. This Agreement is valid until June 2026. We will provide a new Agreement prior to June.
Step 2: Required Paperwork
Please have these forms ready to turn in at your Parent Orientation:
- Health Appraisal & Immunization Records (Must be signed by your pediatrician).
- Child Information Record (Emergency Card).
- Note: If your child has allergies or requires medication, please find additional forms here. These should also be ready to turn in at Orientation.
Step 3: Set Up Your Parent Portal
You will soon receive an invitation email from our parent portal app, LineLeader (before June 1, 2026) or Brightwheel (after June 1, 2026)
- Please follow the link in your email to create your account.
- This is where you will set up Online Payments, sign your child in/out, and receive daily photos/updates. Both parents must create an account.
Step 4: Schedule Your Parent Orientation
One parent is required to attend an orientation 1–2 weeks before your start date. This is where we finalize paperwork and drop off supplies. No children at orientation, please.
