As you prepare for your child’s first day, please take some time to review everything below to ensure a smooth and successful start. You can also reach out to us by email or phone if you have any questions!
Schedule Your Parent Orientation
At least one parent is required to attend a Parent Orientation approximately 1–2 weeks before your child’s first day. This is an important opportunity to finalize paperwork, review drop off/pick up policies and drop off any supplies needed. The first day of attendance is always a bit busy and having all of this done ahead of time is essential. You may schedule an orientation at: Parent Orientation Schedule.
Orientation is for parents only. During this time, we will:
- Answer any questions you may have
- Review and finalize required documents
- Review the Parent Handbook
- Review your first-day checklist
- Practice the sign-in/out process & the Lineleader app
- Practice using our secure door with your unique pin
Before Your First Day
Parent Portal: LineLeader/Momentpath Email
You will receive an email from admin@momentpath.com inviting you to create an account for our Parent Portal system, LineLeader. Please complete your registration as soon as possible so we can stay connected and organized. You can also familiarize yourself with Online Payments.

Send us an email at office@birminghambloomfieldmontessori.com with your anticipated start date if you haven’t already or any changes to your schedule. We want to ensure we are fully prepared to welcome your child on their first day.

Turn In Any Remaining Required Paperwork
All paperwork must be complete and turned in before your first day, preferably at Orientation. There are NO exceptions!
The minimum required paperwork is:
- Application for Enrollment (with the $125 Registration Fee)
- Tuition & Enrollment Contract
- Health Appraisal & Immunization Records
- Emergency Card
