Checking your child in on the iPad

Each day, check your child in and out on the Kiosk iPad. Enter your pin code and click submit.

On the LineLeader app, you can see where your child is. For example, when you pick up, your child may be on the playground. The app will indicate that.

If you have someone who is a regular pick up person and is not a guardian, let the office know. Once they are on the emergency card, we can add them to LineLeader as an authorized pickup and they will have a code to check in and out. They will not have access to any other part of your LineLeader account such as billing.

Communication

  • LineLeader: This is the best way to get in touch. We check it regularly throughout the day. You can use the app or the desktop website to send messages.  If possible, use this for all messages to the office regarding your child or their account.  Refrain from using email if possible.  This is a great way to keep conversations in one place!
    • All Admins – This will send a message to the office.
    • ARoom Teachers, Yellow– This will send a message to the Yellow Room Teachers and the office.
    • ARoom Teachers, Blue– This will send a message to the Blue Room Teachers and the office.
    • ARoom Teachers, Orange– This will send a message to the Orange Room Teachers and the office.
    • ARoom Teachers, Red– This will send a message to the Red Room Teachers and the office.

NOTE: Please do not send LineLeader/Moment Path messages to any other recipient which may not be monitored.

Teacher Communication

  • If you need to speak with your child’s teacher, please do so between 8:00-8:30, 11:30-12:30 or 3:15-3:45. Please do not interrupt class.  This is the time for the teachers to be instructing the students. 
  • If you arrive at school late, please drop your child off with an administrator and they will walk your child in to class.
