Step 1 – Submit the Connect with BBM Form

Once you submit the Connect with BBM form, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule a tour.

Step 2 – Schedule a School Tour

We require all prospective families to tour our school before applying. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to see our Montessori environment in action and speak with a member of our leadership team. At the tour, you will receive a packet with tuition information and other forms including an Application and a Parent-Child Assessment.

We highly recommend bringing your child to the tour. If your child does not attend, we may invite you to return for a brief observation before proceeding.

Step 2: Determining Fit

Following your tour, take some time to discuss with your family if BBM would be a good fit. Our team will also reflect on the needs of your child, our observations, your family’s goals, and how well these align with our Montessori approach.

Please note: Completion of a tour, assessment or application does not guarantee admission.

Step 3 – Invitation to Register

If we believe the program is a good fit, you will be invited to submit the Enrollment Agreement and pay a non-refundable registration fee.

Upon acceptance, this fee secures your child’s place or adds them to our waitlist if no immediate openings are available.

As a Montessori school, we honor the child’s natural development and strive to partner with families who value independence, respect, and a child-led approach to learning. We understand our program may not be the best match for every family, and that’s okay. Our goal is always to support a positive educational journey—for everyone involved.
