Daily Essentials
- Small backpack (labeled with first and last name)
- Close-toed shoes for outdoor play (athletic shoes are best)
- Comfortable indoor shoes/slippers for the classroom
Please avoid bulky slippers, characters, or charms/jibbitz for Crocs. Crocs Example, Slipper Example
Meals & Snacks (make sure everything is labeled with first and last name)
- Morning snack
- Afternoon snack (for Academic & Full Day students)
- Lunch in an insulated lunchbox (for Academic & Full Day students)
- Child should be able to open & close everything independently.
- Include a simple cloth placemat/napkin similar to this example link.
- Add an ice pack if lunch needs to stay cold (we cannot refrigerate).
- If food needs to stay warm, heat it in the morning and send in a thermos (we cannot reheat food).
- Snacks can also be packed inside the lunchbox.
- Water bottle (labeled with first and last name).
Rest Time (Academic & Full Day students)
- Crib-sized sheet & blanket with pillow or an all-in-one nap mat similar to this example
- Pack in a small tote bag (everything labeled).
- Bedding must go home weekly for laundering.
Clothing
- Uniforms (Monday–Thursday during the school year; no uniforms in summer, example images are below)
- Light blue top
- Dark blue pants/skirt/jumper
- Non-uniform day: Friday
- Examples are shown below and are available at Amazon, Target, Old Navy, Walmart, Meijer, etc.
- Weather-appropriate outerwear (we go outside daily).
- Two complete changes of clothes (shirt, pants/skirt, underwear, socks) in a labeled gallon-size zip bag.
- Easy-to-manage clothing (elastic waistbands are best for bathroom independence; please avoid overalls or pants with snaps/buttons).
Health & Safety
- Sunscreen and/or insect repellent (labeled, no aerosol cans)
